Through experience and observation, KnowDental has developed a variety of tools to engage children in a fun and meaningful way. We have found that there is no perfect system as every child is incredibly unique. It is well known that kids learn best when they are having fun, but not everyone enjoys every game.
At KnowDental we take the times to consider our audience regarding culture, age, skill level and much more. The games are chosen in a very specific and customized order to create a personalized story that speaks to every child. While some children thrive on competition and high energy, others may be thoughtful and prefer to create. The systems KnowDental develops speaks to everyone.

What is it?

How does it work?
- Posters created and designed by KnowDental
- They contain the drawings outlines without the colors for the participants to add the colors according to the scheme. Instructions
- Give the posters to the participants as well as the colors.
- Explain that the coloring should follow the scheme found on the poster.
- Assign 4-7 participants by poster to color it.
- When they finish coloring, depending of the quality of the coloring they can be used to explain.
- Every poster is held by a dental coach while another dental coach explains the content. Educational goals
Why do we use it?
- Visual representation of the content being explained.
- While coloring the poster, participants get familiar with the content before being explained, which is a beneficial repetition.
- A sense of ownership is developed after coloring the posters which makes the content more likely to be adopted by participants who colored it.
- A person holding the poster instead of hanging it makes it more interesting for the participants.
